To collect, to collate and to disseminate information on innovations and technology in sectors specifically relevant to tiny, small and medium enterprises. To identify, to assess and to assist in the social, economic, educational, technical, legal and other incidental needs of the tiny, small and medium enterprises. To encourage and to facilitate greater technical, industrial, social and economic co-operation and understanding between tiny, small and medium enterprises of developed and developing countries in the context of the emerging new world economic order through transfer of technology and dissemination of industrial and technical information. To prepare and to publish papers, periodicals and reports in furtherance of co-operation and understanding on technical and others needs of tiny, small and medium enterprises with a view to benefiting them.
